I hope you all enjoy this website. It is very much a work in progress and I'm hoping to expand it vastly in the coming months. I've been meaning to do something like this for a long time. It's not very traditional in its construction which means it may not be completely simple and straightforward. There are a number of reasons for this (click on "read more" below to continue):
[NOTE: to print recipes it is often best to select the text you want, hit CNTL-P, and select print "selection," otherwise, use the printer icon in the upper right of each article, which opens a new window, and then hit the print icon in THAT window to print. I know. kinda dumb]

This is where you can find all of the things we're interested in that go beyond specific recipes. You will find menus from events (often with hot links for each recipe), thoughts about wine and spices, and other things that relate to the world of cooking.

You can use the search feature (on the upper right of each page) for something specific you may be looking for. But we've also built in some pre-defined searches for you in this section.
Once you've pulled up the search a list of the associated recipes will come up. You can sort them any way you wish from there. Just click on a recipe and off you go.
